I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the incredible unit you recently built and installed for me. The unit surpassed my expectations in every way. You really have to see the unit in person to totally appreciate how beautiful it is.

It is also an incredible home for my White's Tree Frogs. In addition to being beautiful the unit is well constructed and functional. It is actually quicker & easier to clean this unit & change the water than it was to clean my 24 gallon terrariums that I used to house my frogs in.

I was also completely satisfied in all my business dealings with you before my unit arrived. You took the time to talk to me at length about what I wanted & explain to me all my options. You were also flexible about working with me to make several changes along the way.

I complement you on your professionalism, honesty & customer service throughout the process from beginning to end.

The unit is definitely worth every penny I spent for it. In fact, when I have had friends over to see it & have them guess the price they consistently guess that a unit like mine must have cost anywhere from 25%-50% more than I actually paid for it.

Keep up the great work. I hope to be back in touch with you in the not too distant future to talk to you about my next unit.
