We don't know who
loves the habitat more, us or our iguana Foster. After several
conversations with Jay concerning the specifics of what we
wanted for our unit the day final come for him to deliver
and set it up. It had snowed and there was two feet of snow
of the ground. That didn't stop Jay, his wife or daughter
from getting to Leominster MA for their home in CT.
After moving all the pieces into the house they went to work on setting it up.
Jay was extremely professional in the most fun loving way. There was no obstacle
to big for him to over come with a sense of humor. We have never laughed so much
as when the unit was too tall and watching his mind work to figure out how to
remove 2 inches,, (it was totally my fault it was to tall as I am the one that
sent the measurements). Or when he got a bath making sure that the water was
hooked up correctly.
It was a stressful day for me watching all the pieces come in and wondering how
it would ever come together, but watching this beautiful addition to our home
become more then pieces of wood and plants was amazing. What was even more amazing
was seeing how he took all the ideas that I wanted and brought them to fruition.
Even as he assembled the unit if there was anything that we wanted changed he
would do it right then and have no complaints. He definitely is of the mind set
that he just wants to make the customer happy. If we even need another unit in
the future we would not think twice about calling Jay or recommending him to
our closest friends.
