NORTH
WEST PARK NATURE CENTER
The North West Park Nature Center has number of reptiles which
were in need of better housing and a more presentable way of displaying
them. There were two enclosure's that were built that provided three
separate habitats for a Columbium Red-Tail Boa, Black Rat Snake
and a Corn Snake.
Each habitat has it's separate drain to allow for easy cleaning.
The larger unit contains the Boa and has a low level of water for
it to soak in.
The second enclosure which has the divider contains a Rat Snake
on one side and a Corn Snake on the other.
These enclosure's where completed on 2/24/01 and will have an Amphibian
display added shortly.
