Wooden Sides

Wooden sides allow for better set up for interior settings because there is more surface to mount onto. Also there is less reflection within the habitat for the animals, which minimizes stress.

                      

Should I get glass sides or not? Here are some points that may help you decide:

1.) The interior side walls can be used to mount vines & greenery adding to a more realistic view of the habitat.

2.) It allows for supports on the side to hold a basking tree shelf crossing the interior of the unit.

3.) No maintenance in trying to keep the sides clean, glass can get dirty and needs to be kept up with.

4.) Looks attractive when peering into the unit rather than seeing objects on the outside of the room.

5.) Less reflections which can stress some animals.
